Stability for Young People in Supported Settings

Many young people living in supported settings have experienced instability or trauma, and some are at risk of placement breakdown. What they need most is consistency: familiar staff, clear boundaries and adults who stay.

Eternity Care provides that staffing and support. We work closely with local authorities, social workers, placement teams and supported accommodation providers so every placement is safe, well managed and properly staffed. Every placement begins with a thorough assessment and a clear support plan reflecting the young person's needs, risks and goals.

When a Placement Is Urgent

48h

Placements for young people are often needed quickly. We can typically mobilise within 48 hours, including daytime staffing, waking night support and double-up staffing where risk requires. We confirm realistic start times honestly and keep placement teams informed from the first call.

The Right Level of Support

Support without personal care

Where a young person does not need hands-on care, we provide supervision, guidance and daily living support focused on safety, structure and independence, working within the framework of the accommodation provider.

Regulated care (CQC)

Where a young person needs personal care, medication support or physical assistance, care is delivered under our CQC registration, giving commissioners additional regulatory assurance.

Clear responsibilities

We do not provide accommodation or offer tenancies. We work alongside Ofsted-registered supported accommodation providers, who remain responsible for the accommodation.
