Training That Sets You Up to Succeed

Every new colleague completes a structured induction before working alone, including shadow shifts alongside experienced carers. Training covers safeguarding, moving and handling, medication, infection control, dementia awareness and first aid, with further training for complex care, night support and young people's services.

You will have regular supervision, spot checks that help you grow, and a manager who knows your name.
