About Eternity Care
We are a local, CQC registered care provider helping adults and young people across Chester-le-Street, Gateshead and the North East live safely, comfortably and with dignity, whether they need a daily visit at home or a fully managed complex care package.

Eternity Care Ltd was founded to give families and professionals in the North East a care provider they could rely on when it matters most. Registered with the Care Quality Commission in 2021 and based at Arndale House in Birtley, we have grown by doing the simple things well: listening carefully, planning properly and turning up when we say we will.
Today we support people with a wide range of needs, from older people who want to stay in the home they love to adults with complex, high-risk or time-critical needs and young people aged 16 to 18 living in supported accommodation. Every service begins with a thorough assessment and a clear plan of care or support, so needs, risks and preferences are fully understood before the first visit.

Regulated care
Where personal care or medication support is required, care is delivered under our CQC registration with full care plans, risk assessments and medication records.
Unregulated support
Where someone needs supervision, guidance or help with daily living without hands-on care, we provide unregulated support with the same safeguarding standards.

Safeguarding and Governance You Can Trust
Safeguarding is the foundation of our service. We operate robust safeguarding policies, individual risk assessments and clear escalation routes, supported by structured reporting, quality monitoring and regular staff supervision.
Our leadership team provides day to day oversight of every package, with 24/7 on-call management for staff, families and professionals. Daily records, incident reporting and care plan reviews are kept to a standard suitable for family, professional and legal review.

How We Recruit and Train
Every carer and support worker joins us through safer recruitment with enhanced DBS checks, references and right to work verification.
