The Right Level of Support, Correctly Delivered
Regulated care (CQC): Where personal care, medication administration or hands-on physical support is needed, care is delivered under our CQC registration.
Unregulated support: Where someone needs supervision, prompting, community access or daily living support without hands-on care, we provide unregulated support to the same safeguarding standards.
