CQC Rated Good

When Stability Is at Risk

Some situations cannot wait for a standard care start. A package collapses overnight, a hospital discharge is delayed because no provider can be found, or a placement is close to breaking down. In each case the risk of hospital admission, safeguarding concern or harm rises quickly.

Our rapid response and crisis support service is designed for exactly these moments. We provide immediate stabilisation, professional oversight and continuity, then help everyone plan what comes next.

What Support Can Include

Waking night support

Sleep-in care

1:1 and 2:1 staffing

Double-up staffing for high-risk situations

Short-term or interim packages

Step-down into ongoing care with the same team

Support is shaped by assessed risk and need and can include personal care, medication support, supervision, behavioural support, night cover and double-up staffing. Packages can be delivered as regulated care under our CQC registration or as unregulated support where no hands-on care is needed.
