What Is Adult Complex Care?
Complex care is hands-on support for adults whose needs go beyond everyday home care. That may mean several conditions at once, significant mobility needs, specialist equipment, behaviours that challenge, or a level of risk that calls for experienced staff and close oversight.
Our adult complex care is delivered under our CQC registration, where safeguarding, careful risk management and continuity of care matter most. Every package is built around a detailed care plan and reviewed regularly so it keeps pace with changing needs.

What Our Complex Care Includes
Personal and continence care: Delivered with dignity and respect, at the person's pace.
Medication administration: Full MAR management in line with our medication policy.
Mobility and transfers: Safe use of hoists, standing aids and specialist equipment.
Positioning and skin care: Regular repositioning to protect comfort and skin integrity.
Daily living and independence: Meals, routines, household tasks and life skills.
Community access: Support to get out, attend appointments and stay connected.
